To reply to inquiry related to business: Anyone
The group companies, Kernel Concept Inc., Kernel Software Engineering Inc, and Hyper planning Inc. may share the personal information collected here within the limited use described above. The Privacy Information Protection Manager is responsible to manage sharing of personal information among the group companies.
Information sharing and disclosure

We will outsource the handling of the personal information to a specific contractor who is subject to an agreement to treat your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. W also carefully supervise the contractor to keep the personal data safe and correctly.

We will respond to customer’s requests listed below to disclose and process collected personal information, only when the customer is identified by the proper identifications.
